Jens Hovgaard Jensen, Chief People Officer of “Girteka Logistics” shares his experience of coming to Lithuania to assist “Girteka Logistics” leadership with driving a cultural and business transformation of the company.

Jens says in cultural transformation it’s a lot about “respecting the past and embracing the future”.

The changes related to culture cover critical business areas as: shifting focus from management to leadership, decentralizing decision-making, talent identification and performance management. Jens shares his vision of the shift from a Lithuanian company selling internationally to an international company with the Lithuanian heritage.
